• Accurate personal information including name
• State selection from available options
• Location access permission
• Age verification (must be 18+ years)

2.2 Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One account per mobile number
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited

3. Service Description

The Unlimited Dating App provides the following services:

• Random voice and video calling between users
• E-commerce shopping platform
• Virtual currency system (Diamonds and Minutes)
• Referral and earning programs
• Advertisement display

4. Call Restrictions and Rules

4.1 Gender Restrictions:

• Male to Female calls only
• Female to Male calls only
• Same gender calling is strictly prohibited
• Gender mismatch detection will result in permanent blocking

4.2 Call Limitations:

• Users cannot connect to the same person repeatedly
• Free calls are limited to 2 minutes per call
• Maximum 10 minutes free per user (one-time only)
• Language preference: Hindi users may be connected if same language users are unavailable

4.3 Prohibited Activities:

• Inappropriate, offensive, or abusive behavior
• Sharing personal contact information
• Recording calls without consent
• Spam or harassment
• Commercial solicitation
• Underage usage

5. Virtual Currency System

5.1 Diamonds:

• Used for video calls (60 Diamonds per minute)
• Exchange rate: ₹1 = 12 Diamonds
• Non-refundable and non-transferable
• Expire after 365 days of inactivity

5.2 Minutes:

• Used for voice calls
• Non-refundable and non-transferable
• Expire after 90 days of inactivity

6. Referral Program

6.1 Referral Commissions:

• Male → Female: 5% of Diamonds on recharge amount
• Male → Male: 10% of Diamonds on recharge amount
• Female → Female: 5% of Diamonds on recharge amount
• Female → Male: 10% of Diamonds on recharge amount

6.2 Referral Rules:

• Referral rewards credited after successful recharge by referred user
• Self-referral is prohibited
• Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension

7. E-commerce Terms

7.1 Shopping Platform:

• General e-commerce platform with various products
• Female users can use free money from video calls for purchases
• Delivery charges must be paid through online payment only
• Standard return and refund policies apply

7.2 Payment Terms:

• Multiple payment methods accepted
• Secure payment processing
• Payment verification required for all transactions

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

8.1 Prohibited Content:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Violence or threatening behavior
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Illegal activities or content
• Spam or unsolicited messages

8.2 Account Violations:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using fake information
• Circumventing app restrictions
• Reverse engineering or hacking attempts

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• We are not liable for service interruptions

12. Dispute Resolution

12.2 Resolution Process:

• Initial review within 24 hours
• Investigation period: 3-5 business days
• Final decision communicated via SMS/WhatsApp

13. Limitation of Liability

• User interactions or content
• Third-party services or products
• Indirect or consequential damages

14. Termination

14.1 Account Termination:

• We may terminate accounts for violations
• Users may delete accounts at any time
• Virtual currency is forfeited upon termination

14.2 Effect of Termination:

• Access to services immediately revoked

• No refunds for unused virtual currency

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
