Shipping Policy

Important: This shipping policy applies to all physical products purchased through the Unlimited Dating App's shopping platform. Digital services (voice/video calls, Diamonds, minutes) are not subject to shipping.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery availability is subject to your location and may vary based on:
- Your registered state and city
- Product availability in your area
- Local delivery partner coverage
2. Delivery Charges
Important: Delivery charges are applicable and must be paid through online payment methods only. Free balance (earned from video calls) cannot be used for delivery charges.
Standard Delivery Charges:
- Orders below ₹500: ₹50 delivery charge
- Orders ₹500 - ₹1000: ₹30 delivery charge
- Orders above ₹1000: Free delivery + 300 Diamonds bonus
Express Delivery (Available in select cities):
- Same Day Delivery: ₹100 additional charge
- Next Day Delivery: ₹50 additional charge
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Areas: 5-7 business days
Express Delivery:
- Same Day: By 8:00 PM (if ordered before 12:00 PM)
- Next Day: By 6:00 PM
4. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification upon successful order placement
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging
- Dispatch Notification: You will receive tracking details via SMS and WhatsApp when your order is dispatched
- Delivery Updates: Real-time delivery updates will be sent to your registered mobile number
5. Delivery Process
Delivery Attempts:
- We will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- Each attempt will be made on consecutive business days
- You will be notified 30 minutes before delivery
Delivery Requirements:
- Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, etc.)
- OTP verification for order confirmation
- Signature confirmation upon delivery
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the following will occur:
- Order will be returned to our warehouse
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Delivery charges will not be refunded
- You may reorder the same products with fresh delivery charges
7. Special Circumstances
Weather Conditions:
- Delivery may be delayed during extreme weather conditions
- We will notify you of any delays via SMS/WhatsApp
- No additional charges for weather-related delays
Festival Seasons:
- Extended delivery times during major festivals
- Advance notice will be provided for holiday schedules
8. Free Balance Usage
Female Users: Free money earned from video calls can be used for product purchases but NOT for delivery charges. Delivery charges must always be paid through online payment methods.
9. Order Tracking
You can track your order through:
- App notification updates
- SMS updates to your registered mobile number
- WhatsApp updates
- Customer support helpline
10. Delivery Partner Information
We work with trusted delivery partners including:
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Delhivery
- Local courier services
11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Report immediately within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the damaged/incorrect items
- Contact customer support with order details
- Free replacement or full refund will be provided
- Return shipping charges will be borne by us
12. Address Changes
Address changes are allowed only before order dispatch:
- Contact customer support immediately
- Additional charges may apply for address changes
- No changes allowed after dispatch
