2. Virtual Currency Refunds
Important Notice: Virtual currency (Diamonds and Minutes) purchases are generally non-refundable once credited to your account.
2.1 Diamonds Refund Policy:
- No Refunds: Diamonds are non-refundable once purchased and credited
- Exception: Refunds may be considered only in case of technical errors on our part
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days for approved refunds
- Refund Method: Original payment method only
2.2 Minutes Refund Policy:
- No Refunds: Voice call minutes are non-refundable once purchased
- Exception: Technical issues preventing call usage
- Verification Required: Technical team verification needed

3. Call Service Refunds
3.1 Voice Call Refunds:
- Call Drops: Minutes refunded if call drops within 30 seconds
- Technical Issues: Full minute refund for technical problems
- Poor Quality: No refunds for poor call quality
- User Disconnection: No refunds for user-initiated disconnections
3.2 Video Call Refunds:
- Call Drops: Diamonds refunded if call drops within 30 seconds
- Technical Issues: Full Diamond refund for technical problems
- Poor Quality: No refunds for poor video quality
- User Disconnection: No refunds for user-initiated disconnections
3.3 Call Refund Process:
- Report Issue: Contact customer support within 24 hours
- Provide Details: Call ID, timestamp, and issue description
- Investigation: Technical team reviews call logs
- Decision: Refund approved or denied within 48 hours
- Credit: Refund credited to account within 24 hours
4. E-commerce Purchase Refunds
4.1 Product Purchase Refunds:
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
- Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Refund Method: Original payment method or store credit
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
4.2 Non-Refundable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Digital products (if downloaded)
- Products damaged by user
- Products returned after 7 days
4.3 Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact customer support or use app return feature
- Return Authorization: Receive return authorization number
- Package Item: Pack item in original packaging
- Ship Item: Send to designated return address
- Inspection: Item inspected upon receipt
- Refund Processing: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
5. Delivery Charge Refunds
Important: Delivery charges are non-refundable except in specific circumstances.
5.1 Refundable Delivery Charges:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Delivery failed due to our error
- Wrong address provided by us
- Product out of stock after payment
5.2 Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
- Order cancelled after dispatch
- Delivery failed due to user unavailability

- Product returned due to user's change of mind
